ALE, AIO and Mythic Plus packages

The package catalog now includes ALE Lua engine, AIO addon framework, and Mythic Plus. ALE includes Lua 5.2 statically. Installing AIO also installs ALE; its client addon must be present on each player's WoW client. Mythic Plus works independently and requires its own client patch.

These first ports are experimental. Builds and isolated package checks pass, but game behavior and client interactions still need in-game verification. Mythic Plus also changes world data, so back up existing realms before trying it. Its original upstream client interface is not bundled.
