The game and everything in it belong to Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.: the game client and its program files, data files and archives, maps and terrain, models, textures, art, animations, interface, music, sounds, voices, texts, names, lore, characters, creatures, spells, items, quests and every other part of the game. All of it remains Blizzard's property wherever it appears: in the client, in data a server extracts from the client on your own computer (game tables, maps, collision and navigation data), in screenshots on this site and on the forum, and in anything a package shows in the game.

What LonelyIce is

LonelyIce is an unofficial, non-commercial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, approved or supported by Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. Blizzard's names appear on this site only to say which game client the project works with and in this notice.

LonelyIce contains no files from the game client and neither distributes nor downloads any, and neither do this site, its package catalog or its forum. LonelyIce works only with a copy of the game you already own, on your own computer. The data the server extracts from your client is Blizzard's property: keep it to yourself and do not share it.

LonelyIce is meant for playing alone or with friends on your own computer. It is not meant for running public servers, and the project does not support them.

Licenses

The licenses below cover only the code and files of LonelyIce, its packages and this site, and the works they are based on. None of them grants any right to anything that belongs to Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.
