Plugins and the package catalog

LonelyIce now has a package manager. The Plugins page lists what is installed, what can be updated and what the catalogs offer; dependencies come along by themselves, and a plugin can be disabled without removing it.

Catalogs are plain index.json files: this site's catalog is the one the launcher comes with, and you can add others as a folder or a web address. Package authors can now publish their plugins here.
